Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Developer responsible for building and implementing functional AI and machine learning solutions. As a key player, you will collaborate with other Developers and Product Managers throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring the successful development and deployment of AI models that meet business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD) environments.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (CSS3/4, JavaScript, Ajax, XML, HTML5), RESTful Web Services, and JSON.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, scalable application development, and code versioning tools like Bitbucket.
• Experience with MySQL and vector databases, as well as third-party APIs and plugins.
• Understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) techniques to enhance generative capabilities in products and services.
• Experience with designing and writing performant APIs.
• Background in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other specialized areas of AI.
• Prompt Engineer with experience in AI-based NLP tools to enhance interaction quality and effectiveness.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement both open-source and proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning algorithms and models.
• Integrate AI capabilities into products and services, including frameworks like Langchain and vector databases such as Pinecone and ChromaDB.
• Mastery of Python and libraries like NumPy, NLTK, SpaCy, Torch, and Sentence-Transformers.
• Apply data preprocessing techniques including feature engineering, normalization, and dimensionality reduction.
• Optimize AI models through experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI research, papers, conferences, and developments.
• Work on design algorithms, flowcharts, and efficiently integrate software components.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, and gather user feedback for improvements.
• Maintain high-quality coding standards and create comprehensive technical documentation.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end AI development lifecycle, from problem definition and data exploration to model deployment and monitoring.
