About Role – We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer Expert to design, develop, and maintain Zoho applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Deluge Scripting, and other Zoho products, as well as a strong understanding of business processes and automation. This role involves working closely with internal teams to customize Zoho solutions, optimize workflows, and support business operations.

KRA:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications.
• Create and optimize custom modules, workflows, and layouts to enhance operational efficiency.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems and APIs.
• Automate business processes using Zoho Deluge scripting, Zoho Flow, and other automation tools.
• Migrate, manage, and maintain data integrity across Zoho platforms.
• Create custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot Zoho-related issues.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation for staff on using Zoho applications effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver Zoho-based solutions.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Regularly update Zoho systems to the latest versions and features.   

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Zoho Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, etc.) and Deluge scripting.
• Strong understanding of API integrations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
