About the Job



·        Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads including cold calling, emailing, social media outreach, and direct mail campaigns.

·        Research and identify potential customers and companies in the target market.

·        Engage prospects in conversations to understand their travel needs, preferences and budgets

·        Effectively communicate the unique selling points and value proposition of our travel offerings.

·        Address customer enquiries, concerns and objection in a professional and persuasive manner

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to foster trust and loyalty

·        Provide personalized recommendations and travel solutions based on customer requirements.

·        Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions to secure sales and achieve revenue targets

·        Track and manage sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software

·        Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to the needs of each prospect.

·        Collaborate with other sales team members to share insights, strategies and best practices.

·        Stay updates on industry trends, new travel products and competitive offerings

·        Meet or exceed sales target’s and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

·        Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities performance and results .
