Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-centric Air Ticketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle flight bookings, manage reservations, and provide clients with complete support related to air travel. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless ticketing experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book domestic and international flight tickets using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)
• Manage PNRs, cancellations, reissues, and rescheduling requests
• Provide fare quotations and itineraries to clients
• Coordinate with airlines and clients for ticket confirmations and changes
• Keep updated with airline rules, fare changes, and promotions
• Resolve customer complaints and queries regarding air travel
• Maintain accurate booking records and customer databases
• Ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups
• Provide visa and travel documentation guidance (if applicable)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in air ticketing (freshers with strong training may be considered)
• Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Graduate in Travel & Tourism or related field (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of fare construction and airline policies
• Basic understanding of travel insurance and visa processes
• Customer service experience in a travel agency or tour operator
