Triniti Immigration Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic immigration consultant who has a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

·        Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding their immigration program

·        Document scrutiny and collection of applications for visa processing

·        Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone

·        Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors

·        Keep up-to-date with changing rules, guidelines, and trends of Immigration options and programs for Canada and Quebec

·        Execute appropriate follow-up calls and emails in a timely manner

Skills Required

·        Good communication skills, with an enthusiasm in learning

·        Knowledge of Canadian immigration process/ laws will be an added advantage

·        Should be able to work on Excel and create reports

·        Team skills and strong relationship-building skills

·        Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

·        Any Graduation or Post Graduation

·        Should be a good team player

·        Can work efficiently with minimum supervision
