Job Overview

Trident Dispatch, a leading talent acquisition services company, is hiring an Architect with 1 to 3 years of experience. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of various projects. This is a full-time position located in Jalandhar, Punjab, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 1 to 3 years of experience as an Architect
• Proficient in using architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent design and visualization skills
• Ability to communicate and present ideas effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Project management skills to oversee multiple projects

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and create architectural plans for construction projects
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Prepare and present design proposals, including 3D visualizations and architectural models
• Oversee the implementation of architectural designs, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues or concerns
• Provide guidance and support to junior architects and interns
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in architectural design
