We are looking for a smart and dynamic Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience. The person should engage clients to gather project requirements/business rules and ensure alignment with development teams.   

Role Responsibilities 

• Creating a complete business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions. 
• Spot new opportunities for account expansion optimization propose them to account managers or project coordinators. 
• Describe requirements in a well-structured format like Functional document (FD), Use case diagrams and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). 
• Competitor Analysis and perform market research.  
• Ability to manage projects and strong problem-solving skills and recommend innovative solutions. 
• Help design, document and maintain system processes 
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer. 
• Communicating with clients to get clear requirements. 
• Communicating with technical team to get technical details for requirement to mention in documentation. 
• Preparing infographics for LinkedIn post 

Required Skills 

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst. 
• Competency with MS Word and Excel. 
• Excellent grip in building Wireframe and flowchart using Draw.io and other advanced tools. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
