The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Meet and exceed sales targets</li><li>Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts</li><li>Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives</li><li>Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers</li><li>With Sales Manager plan sales strategy and implement tactics to achieve budget.</li><li>Sell all facets of the resort and cross sell other Mundra Group properties.</li><li>Sell MICE products of the resort to Corporates, Businesses, etc.</li><li>Establish new business and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans.</li><li>Convert sales leads.</li><li>Handle accounts/prospects jointly with senior positions.</li><li>Solicit and close business according to established parameters.</li><li>Maintain a regular sales call pattern.</li><li>Monitor competitive set and communicate tactical changes to Manager.</li><li>Attend regular meetings &amp; events.</li><li>Entertain prospects and existing key accounts with the view to sustain business and generate further sales.</li><li>Report as required on sales activities and successes.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities.</li><li>Build company profile in market place.</li><li>Assist Sales Manager with collateral distribution and direct mail campaigns.</li><li>Develop and maintain contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, visitors/Convention Bureau travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied to Hotel/Resort Business.</li><li>Work in line with business requirements.</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience</li><li>Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems</li><li>Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>
