Desired Qualification- Diploma/B.tech in Mechanical 

Desired Company - Automotive Industry Background (Forging/Machining)

Salary Package - Up to 6 LPA

Key Responsibilities

 Monthly Planning & Schedule Monitoring to OSP Vendors as per customer Requirement 

 Review the Pending issues & follow up with OSP Vendors on daily basis. 

 Lead and Control OSP and Development process as per TACL Policy.

 Reduction in the CT of the product by applying VAVE & cost reduction. 

 Review daily & Weekly basis inventory & control on OSP vendor End. 

 Floating RFQ’s forgetting techno commercial proposal from vendor and compare best out of 

them. 

 Cost Negotiation with vendors by using ZBC tool to achieve cost reduction activities. 

 Capacity analysis for selected vendors to assess the job load for new project parts or regular 

smooth supply.

 Proactive updates to user on delivery/services to meet project deadlines. 

 Documentation and data control as per IATF. 

 Collaborate with CFT Teams in assessing, evaluating and nominating new vendors.

 Reconciliation, close pending challan within 30 days with vendor on regularly. 

 Identifying and developing vendors for obtaining timely procurement of material.
