Job Responsibilities :

1.Understand & evaluate the process of sheetmetal parts.

2. Proficient in Sheet Metal tool design (Tendom like blank form, pierce, Draw, Trim, progressive tooling.)

3. Understand of sheet metal drawings

4. 3D modeling surfacing & nesting of blank.

5. Can make method plan for the sheet metal dies

6. Can make layout for progressive tooling

7. Proficient in design of sheet metal casting type dies.

8. Knowledge / can able to do forming simulation at auto form

Qualification:-

Diploma/B.tech in Mechanical
