Job Title : AGM-Maintenance
Department : *Maintenance/Machine Shop*
Reporting to : A.V.P – Manufacturing & New Projects
*Salary Package:- Up to 24 LPA*
Desired Qualifications : Diploma / B. Tech (Mechanical/Electrical)
*Desired Experience : 20-25 Years*
Key Responsibilities
Planning & scheduling maintenance activities for all machines, Ensuring that they are maintaining good working order and downtime is minimized.
Oversee the team of maintenance, technicians & engineers who carry out maintenance and repairs on machines.
Identifying & Diagnosing machine faults, root cause & developing and implementing solutions to address them.
Monitoring the performance of machines & equipment’s, Analyzing data to identify trends & patterns that may indicate potential problems.
Providing training & development opportunities to maintain technicians and engineers,ensuring that they are equipped with necessary skill to carry out their duties effectively.
Managing the maintenance budget, ensuring that maintenance activities are carried out in a cost effective manner.
Assisting purchase manager in purchasing the right quality of spare parts.
Maintaining accurate and appropriate records of maintenance activities, including maintenance schedule, maintenance log books and inventory record.
Ensuring that machines and equipment’s are maintained in good working order,
downtime is minimized and safety standards are met.
Exposure to Quality Management System as IATF 16949 : 2016
Excellency in systematizing maintenance function with implementation of predictive, periodic, planned & preventive maintenance practices to maximize functional available.
Initiating, planning, and implementing process improvement strategies.(CI/Kaizen/4Q)
Motivating the team, leading by example and delivering results as per set project objectives.
Should be a Leader as CFT for continual improvements in respective areas.
Should be result oriented & contribution on Reduction of losses and manufacturing cost
Managing systems implementation. Improve OEE, MTTR, &MTBF, maintain of 5S on shop floor & machine.
