- Trouble shooting on Hardware & Networking, Backup, Support to server maintenance .
- Installing, Configuring & Maintaining Windows XP/7/8/10 , Windows Servers 2003/ 2008/2012/2016/2019 and maintenance of hardware components as per requirement .
- Working on RDP platform is an added advantage .
- Installation, configuring and Troubleshooting MS Outlook and other email clients .
- User data backup and restore .
- Supporting and response to applications and network issues .
- Installation and updating patches for Desktops and laptops .
- Detecting and troubleshooting of hardware related issues .
- Managing equipment's like Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Scanners and CCTV .
- Configuration of print devices( network and local Printer, Wi-Fi and e- printers) .
- Fiber Optic Network monitoring and Trouble shooting.
- Maintain the servers and perform routine network start up, shutdown procedures and maintain control records .
- Try to introduce new IT Technologies then and there against free of cost, free ware S/W to be implemented .
- Analyze equipment performance records in order to determine the need for repair or replacement.
- Installation and trouble shooting of Antivirus S/W Free ware and licensed.
- Working knowledge on firewall is additional.
- Experience with ERP systems, experience with SQL database management or similar applications
- Provide user support with regard to all aspects of our core systems, including report/saved search development, configuration, workflow and script development.
- Develop and implement improvements to processes and procedures.
- Participate in the development, enhancement and management of internal IT processes, methods, standards and tools.
- Organize and prioritize ERP systems development work effectively to meet key milestones and business objectives.
- Work with other IT partners to ensure optimal performance of the applications.
- Analysis business processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
