Job Overview We are seeking an Executive Billing for Customs Clearance to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru on a full-time basis. This role involves managing and executing billing processes related to customs clearance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customs regulations and be well-versed in trade management software and electronic data interchange systems.

• Qualifications and Skills Strong knowledge of HS Code Classification to ensure accurate product categorization for custom record purposes.
• Experience in handling Import/Export Documentation with attention to detail to avoid delays and erroneous entries.
• Expertise in Customs Regulations Compliance to maintain adherence to legal and industry standards.
• Proficiency in Tariff Calculation to determine the logistics costs accurately and efficiently.
• Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for seamless and swift communication in trade processes.
• Hands-on experience with Trade Management Software to streamline customs clearance operations.
• Capacity to perform efficient Invoice Processing with precision and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SAP Global Trade Services for managing global trade activities effectively.
