Role Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead, scale, and manage IT operations for a flagship enterprise transformation product with a global client base across the US, UK, UAE, and India. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management—from design and development to deployment, packaging, operations, and team oversight.
This role is suited to a high-energy individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and who treats product ownership with the commitment and passion of a founder.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Leadership
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: requirements, development, QA, DevOps, and release management.
- Design and drive enterprise-grade architecture on Microsoft Azure, leveraging Azure AI Foundry and Power Platform.
- Implement and oversee automation pipelines, CI/CD practices, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
Operational Excellence
- Manage daily IT operations, cloud performance, and infrastructure security.
- Ensure uptime and service reliability across multi-tenant deployments.
- Drive standardization and scalability using tools from Modus' IT Design Hub, including system-data integration logs and operating model overlays.
People & Process
- Lead a geographically distributed team of developers, DevOps engineers, and support analysts.
- Conduct code and architecture reviews, enforce quality standards, and build reusable assets.
- Translate business transformation logic from Modus ETP into technical implementations across platforms.
Client and Delivery Engagement
- Act as a technical escalation point for client projects and transformation programs.
- Collaborate with transformation leaders, business analysts, and system integrators to ensure technical alignment with Modus Target Operating Model (TOM) and Live Operating Models.
- Support custom client transformations using platform configurators and logs.
Entrepreneurial Drive
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and customer value through tech enhancements.
- Operate with a mindset of "transformation as usual"—creating repeatable, scalable, and sustainable IT practices.
- Demonstrate ownership in delivering business value, not just features.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years in software engineering and enterprise IT operations.
- Proven leadership in managing enterprise SaaS platforms or transformation products.
- Strong experience in Microsoft stack (.NET, C#, Power Platform, Azure DevOps).
- Deep knowledge of Azure AI services, Azure AI Foundry, and integration frameworks.
- Experience managing infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) across global regions.
- Familiarity with transformation domains like portfolio governance, change management, operating model capture, and system-data overlays.
