Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Personality Development Trainer or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of personality development theories and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to adapt training approaches based on individual needs.
• Proficient in using technology for training purposes.
• Certification in personality development training will be an added advantage.
• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct English Language Training sessions for individuals and groups.
• Assess the training needs of individuals and develop customized training programs.
• Provide guidance and support to individuals in overcoming personal and professional challenges.
• Implement various teaching methodologies and techniques to engage participants and maximize learning outcomes.
• Assist individuals in developing effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Create and deliver engaging presentations and workshops on personality development topics.
• Monitor and evaluate participant progress and provide feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in personality development.
• Collaborate with other trainers and team members to develop innovative training materials and resources.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant evaluations.
