Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to join our team and manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms, both domestic and international. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the e-commerce domain, strong attention to detail, and expertise in managing product catalogues, improving product visibility, and optimizing sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing & Optimization:

• Create, update, and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Amazon.com, eBay, Etsy, and other marketplaces.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for better visibility and search ranking.
• Ensure product listings adhere to marketplace guidelines.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage stock levels across platforms to avoid overselling or stockouts.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Analyse sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to boost sales.
• Generate and share regular performance reports with key stakeholders.

Marketplace Policies Compliance:

• Stay updated with the latest marketplace policies and ensure compliance.
• Handle escalations and resolve issues like account health, customer queries, and product listing suspensions.

Marketing Support:

• Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns, including offers, discounts, and advertisements.
• Collaborate on strategies for increasing customer engagement and sales.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce management, specifically on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and global marketplaces such as eBay and Etsy.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace tools (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub).
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with SEO and keyword optimization for product listings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in managing international e-commerce marketplaces.
