Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Suite CRM/Sugar CRM Developer to join our team. As a Suite CRM/Sugar CRM Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing Suite CRM/Sugar CRM solutions for our clients. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and the employment type is 'Remote'.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Suite CRM/Sugar CRM development
• Strong proficiency in SugarCRM, MySQL, PHP, and Yii framework
• In-depth knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts and best practices
• Experience with web technologies such as JQuery, Drupal, and HTML
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications in Suite CRM/Sugar CRM development or related fields (optional)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Customize and develop Suite CRM/Sugar CRM solutions according to client requirements
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to analyze business needs and develop effective CRM strategies
• Design, implement, and maintain CRM functionalities such as customer data management, sales automation, and marketing campaigns
• Create and modify CRM modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards
• Integrate and migrate data from external systems into Suite CRM/Sugar CRM
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues reported by clients or end-users
• Stay updated with the latest Suite CRM/Sugar CRM features and recommend improvements to enhance system performance
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers or team members
