As a Salesforce Developer Marketing Cloud, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to drive successful marketing campaigns. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer Marketing Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and capabilities
• Experience in designing and implementing email marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools such as AMPscript and HTML5
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and IT enabled business transformation
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Salesforce Marketing Cloud issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to support marketing campaigns
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Work closely with marketing teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise
• Configure and customize the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to meet specific business needs
• Design and implement automation workflows and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices
• Provide training and support to marketing teams on using Salesforce Marketing Cloud effectively
