Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Ola Driver to join our team at Toolify Private Limited. As an Ola Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to our clients in Delhi, Delhi, India. This is a full-time position and requires 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as an Ola Driver or similar role
• Valid driving license with a clean driving record
• Good knowledge of Delhi roads and traffic patterns
• Excellent navigation skills using GPS devices or mobile apps
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide safe and comfortable transportation services to clients using Ola cabs
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicle at all times
• Manage pick-up and drop-off schedules efficiently
• Assist clients with loading and unloading of luggage
• Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption
• Handle client complaints or queries in a professional and polite manner
• Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues to the supervisor
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle usage and client interaction
