Experience: Minimum 5yrs of overall experience, 3yrs minimum in team management (~min 30 direct/indirect reportees). Capacity to self build team of ~70 FOS
Expectations
Manage team of 6 Team Leads and active 70 FOS from multiple cities, should be able to think out of the box, build strong relationships in market, apply different strategies to stay ahead of the market competition
Responsible for:
Team building and sustenance, maintain on field active HC of 70 FOS
Attrition management at FOS level
Ensure 90% of the Goals are met month on month
Drive multiple KPIs (merchant acquisition and relationship management)
Understand the depth of local market, create monthly beat plans for team deployment
Present weekly business review to management, provide data centric insights
Identify local practises, drive transaction metrics
