Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team at one of our prestigious properties located in South Delhi, Delhi. This is a full-time position suitable for a mid-level professional with a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical wiring skills and experience in maintaining electrical systems to provide outstanding service to our guests.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience as an Electrician in a hospitality or similar setting.
• Proficiency in electrical wiring (Mandatory skill).
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues promptly.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics accurately.
• Comprehensive understanding of safety procedures to ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Experience in circuit testing and using electrical diagnostic tools effectively.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards, ensuring all work is up to code.
• Capability to perform regular equipment maintenance to prevent electrical failures.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, outlets, lighting fixtures, and various control systems.
• Follow blueprints and technical diagrams to install and configure electrical components accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes while performing electrical work.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards and recommend improvements.
• Provide emergency repair services to minimize downtime and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to support overall property upkeep and address any electrical needs.
