Job Details

● Positions Available: 8 trainers

● Job Location: On-site (Travel across Himachal Pradesh)

● Training Focus: Training teachers from Grades 1-10 across all subjects on Assessment Tools

● Training Language: Hindi & English

● Training Mode: Hybrid (Online via Zoom & Offline)

● Duration: 10 months

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions for teachers, equipping them with assessment tools and

methodologies.

● Adapt training sessions to suit the needs of educators with varying experience levels (1-30 years).

● Utilize both online (Zoom) and offline platforms effectively for training delivery.

● Ensure consistent documentation of sessions, gather feedback, and support program improvements.

● Collaborate with TiTLi teams to align training with project goals and ensure seamless execution.

Skills & Competencies Required

● Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

● Experience in training educators and conducting teacher development programs.

● Proficiency in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).

● Comfort with both online (Zoom) and offline training methodologies.

● Ability to engage and motivate teachers across diverse backgrounds.

● Prior experience in the education sector, especially in teacher training, is preferred.
