Job Description :Technical Support Executive
- One year experience in Technical Support Representative or Customer Service Executive.
- Willing to work from office on UK Shift.
- Understanding and knowledge of digital sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- Creating a plan for generating leads and closing sales, or social media presence, attending industry events, sending emails, or making phone calls to potential clients
- Maintaining relationships with current customers to ensure they are satisfied and will continue to purchase products and services
- Network of contacts within an industry or community by initiating contact with potential clients and establishing personal relationships over time.
- Providing customer service to clients by answering questions about products or services provided by the company
Qualification – Any Graduation ( excellent Good communication in English)
if it is 12th pass & Diploma with 2year of experience
Salary – 18,000 to 20,000 INR + incentive (other benefits Food & Accommodation is provided by the company )
