Job Title: Tele-Sales Support/Customer Support (Team Lead)

Job Summary: Thunder X Laminates is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Tele-Sales Support and Customer Support Executives to join our team. 

The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, 

and ensuring exceptional service for our High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) sheets across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote HPL sheets and secure sales.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products, pricing, and offers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in tele-sales or customer support, preferably in the building materials or HPL industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Any Graduate or equivalent or a related field is a plus.
