Position: Digital Marketing Programme Associate
Type: Full-time, work from office, flexible work hours
Salary: Upto INR 5 LPA
At Thinkering Labs, we offer work-integrated learning courses to equip college students with employable digital skills such as Web & Graphic Design and Digital Marketing. You will get to work with an amazing team of designers, marketers, and writers.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct live in-person classes and mentor students
- Work closely with the curriculum team to develop the Digital Marketing course
- Record and create course-related pre-class videos as necessary
- Evaluate, review and provide feedback on student projects & assignments
- Assist students outside of class as necessary
- Cater to the in-house digital marketing requirements
Key requirements
- 2+ years of industry experience in Digital Marketing or similar roles
- Relevant qualifications/certifications
- Prior experience in teaching Digital Marketing to students
- Instructional Expertise: Presentation Skills, Patience & Time Management
- Skilled in SEO, SEM, SMM, relevant tools, and paid campaigns
- Excellent communication skills
- Driven individual with a strong work ethic and bias toward taking action
Key learnings
- Understand course-building including planning, design, and creation
- A deeper understanding of teaching and learning strategies & evidence-based learning methods
- Research and stay on top of trends as we refresh the syllabus to match the industry needs
- Mentor hundreds of digital marketers
