TeleSales Executive (Domestic)

TeleSales Executive – Digital Marketing Services

Location: Kolkata (On-site)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (8.5 hours/day)

Salary: ₹16,000–₹24,000 per month + Incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities

• Close sales by generating leads and converting them into clients for web development, SEO, ad campaigns, and GMB ranking services.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets (10x of salary) with performance-based incentives.
• Build strong relationships with prospects to foster client retention and business growth.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering persuasive pitches.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
• Proven track record of closing sales and achieving targets.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand and pitch digital marketing services effectively.
