Educational qualifications- MBA/Equivalent
Experience – 5+ years in E-commerce, Logistics, FMCG, Healthcare or similar industries Location: Bangalore
This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic person who is hungry to learn and understand the world of business in a hand’s on and exciting way.
As the Ecommerce Sales head at Morning Fresh, you will be working to create strategic partnerships with well-known / target ecommerce platforms to create a seamless channel for Morning Fresh.
Your key responsibilities include formulating sales strategies to drive top-line growth in domestic market (Ecommerce operations) and prepare innovative plans to achieve higher profitability and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
1. Develop sales plans, strategies and policies with a view to increasing/sustain market share and
profitability.
2. Have effective implementation and monitoring mechanism to ensure the achievement of the sales
plans and strategies.
3. Formulate policies and guidelines for smooth functioning and satisfaction of ecommerce channel partners.
4. Scan the environment to understand competitor's activities, demand-supply scenario, regulatory issues to formulate strategies for increasing market share.
5. Ensure an increased market share and profitability by facilitating market development, brand management and business development. Focus on business development through all defined geographies and building the brand of the company in the domestic market.
6. Initiate market intelligence system to provide monthly information to Top Management on potential data, competitors- activities, new product opportunities and other changes in the environment.
