Qualifications and Skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience in IT Recruitment is a plus
- Ability to handle operations effectively
- MBA qualification is preferred
