●10am-7pm/11am-8pm/2pm-11pm/11pm-8am
(Must be comfortable for all the shift timings)

● Work from Office
● Night Shift- Pick and drop service provided by company within 10km
Skill set Requirement - Excellent Communication skills and problem solving abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
● Providing chat and call support
● Strategically approaching each player based on their history and profile.
● Educate current and potential customers with product and service information.
● Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team.
● Actively participate in team meetings
