Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant to work alongside our Salesforce
developers to drive adoption, optimization, and iteration of our Salesforce platform. This role
requires a deep understanding of Salesforce, including technical implementations, and a specific
requirement for automotive experience and MuleSoft integration capabilities. The successful
candidate will leverage their expertise, problem-solving skills, and creativity to design, build,
deliver, and maintain our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring it aligns perfectly with our automotive
business needs.
Objectives of this Role:
* Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the Salesforce
platform, ensuring its alignment with automotive business processes.
* Support the continued build-out of key reports and dashboards, manage data
administration, and uphold data integrity.
* Recommend new features and improvements to optimize platform utility and user
adoption.
* Provide technical specifications and maintain comprehensive documentation for system
configurations and business processes.
* Design, build, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions for the business, incorporating
advanced MuleSoft integrations.
* Adhere to and promote best practices, including designing guidelines for security
procedures and data handling.
* Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of
the business, particularly focusing on automotive workflows.
* Provide coaching in best practices for Salesforce administration and implementation to
enhance user experience and system utility.
* Utilize Salesforce automation to streamline internal processes, reducing redundancy and
enhancing workflow efficiency.
* Manage multiple stakeholder engagements, working closely with relevant team
members to understand project requirements, facilitate process analysis sessions, and
develop impactful technology solutions.
* Identify project issues and risks, presenting viable alternatives for alleviating or resolving
them, with a strong focus on maintaining system integrity and data security.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Three or more years of experience with technical implementations of customer projects within
the Salesforce ecosystem with at least 1 -2 implementation lifecycle
Advanced experience with Salesforce configurations and customizations.
Proven background in CRM process design and implementation, preferably within the
automotive industry.
Experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL processes, specifically with MuleSoft
integration.
Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
