Knowledge of Auto cad / Solid works is preferrable.</li><li>Will be responsible to convert raw material in to final product through outsourced vendors.</li><li>Should be Competent to handle multiple vendors.</li><li>Should be a person to adhere to production time schedule.</li></ul>Responsibility Deliverable<ul><li>Organize production work flow by learning from team manager.</li><li>Ensure clarity in production to improve efficiency and avoid wastage / rejection.</li><li>Receive and study the fabrication drawings.</li><li>Convey, discuss &amp; clarify doubt if any with the fabrication vendors about drawings.</li><li>Oversee / verify activity of shipment of raw material to chosen vendor.</li><li>Adhere to production bar chart &amp; ensure that stage inspection during production as per QAP including third party inspection.</li><li>Supervise and ensure packing of finished goods for despatch.</li></ul>Tasks &amp; ActivitiesWork flow management<ul><li>Receive production drawing, study the process sequence, to assign multiple vendors for different activities.</li><li>Setup meetings between design team and vendors at their location to clarify their doubt if any.</li><li>Align work flow with production bar chart.</li></ul>QAP management<ul><li>Study QAP &amp; Ensure its implementation through close co-ordination with QC department</li><li>Update bar chart and present the to team manager.</li><li>Report delay / issues, to team manager and solve / rectify the same on time bound basis.</li></ul>Vendor management<ul><li>Convey production process requirement to vendors and ensure that they understand the importance of principle of do it right at first.</li><li>Maintain a win-win relationship with vendors and help them improve production efficiency through time and motion study.</li><li>Supervise arrangement of packing of finished goods at label them with packing list for despatch.</li><li>Keep track of despatches per month and report the same to team manager.</li><li>Attend internal meetings to address / discuss production issues if any.
