To support our rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead franchise expansion, strengthen our brand presence, and oversee administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Expansion:
  • Identify and onboard potential franchise partners.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the franchise network in the assigned region.
  • Conduct market research to identify high-potential locations.
  • Negotiate franchise agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Brand Building & Marketing:
  • Implement brand-building initiatives to enhance visibility and reputation.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Ensure uniform brand representation across all franchise units.
  • Organize promotional events and community engagement programs.
  • Administrative & Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Oversee administrative functions across franchise and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise and support franchise partners in implementing operational best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for efficient administration.
  • Operational Oversight:
  • Provide training and operational support to franchisees.
  • Monitor franchise performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Address challenges faced by franchise partners and provide strategic solutions.
  • Business Development & Partnerships:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and educational institutions.
  • Explore collaborations and partnerships to strengthen the brand’s market position.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in franchise expansion, business development, brand management, and administrative supervision.
  • Strong understanding of franchise operations, legal frameworks, and market trends.
  • Experience in handling administrative responsibilities and supervising teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive growth initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
