Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive             

Location: Dalanwala, Dehradun      

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months to 1 Years  


Key Responsibilities:

1 Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to clients to achieve sales targets.

2 Field Work and Client Visits:

  • Conduct daily field visits to meet with clients and provide product demonstrations.
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with existing and prospective clients.

3 Customer Engagement:

  • Understand customer needs and propose solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction.

4 Market Research and Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Share insights with the sales team to refine strategies and improve performance.

5 Sales Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Submit daily and weekly reports on sales progress to the manager.

6 Collaboration and Feedback:

  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align on goals and strategies.
  • Provide feedback to improve product offerings and marketing initiatives.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience, preferably in field sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
