Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all activities in the Food & Beverage department
• Ensure efficient workflow and smooth operation of the F&B section
• Train and coach team members to deliver excellent guest service
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the F&B area
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in billing
• Prepare reports on sales, revenue, and expenses as required
