Business Development Manager The Pacific Group is an experienced stone export company and well-known supplier of Natural Stones and Quartz with a smart team, deep knowledge of quarries, modern technology and a dominant logistics division. We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and articulate team player to join ourSales team. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Job Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Compensation for Freshers : UPTO 8 LPA Depending on Skills Through training and support, familiarizing yourself with the Pacific business model, products and material details, including quality standards, pricing, etc. Familiarize yourself with the customer base and vendor relationships. Visit customers in identified territories, maintaining relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and support and on-site visits. Engaging with customers via phone and email to send offers of materials and follow up on interest Creating customer documents such as proformas, packing lists and purchase orders to our suppliers as part of the regular sales process Maintaining of customer data / leads / pursuits / strategies in a format defined by the management Reporting regular status to management in relation to sales activity Other general sales tasks as assigned Work with the management team to identify new marketing strategies, and areas of business development by reaching out to new potential customers, including home builders, K&B chains, etc. Management of customer receivables, following up with customers including phone calls, emails and onsite visits for the collection of dues as necessary. Maintaining the travel schedules to visit the clients on a regular basis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Excellent written skills and naturally articulate Analytical thinking skills Goal-oriented and High energy team player
