Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Human Resources Executive for a full-time position based in Andheri, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the Human Resources field. As part of a small team, the role involves active participation in driving HR initiatives and managing key HR functions efficiently to support both employees and management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with employee engagement platforms for fostering a productive and positive workplace environment (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in HR analytics for evaluating workforce performance and developing strategic interventions (Mandatory skill).
- Capability in talent acquisition to effectively source, select, and onboard top talent to enhance company performance (Mandatory skill).
- Understanding of diversity and inclusion strategies to promote a multicultural and inclusive work environment.
- Knowledge of people management software to streamline HR operations and maintain accurate employee records.
- Competence in compensation and benefits administration to design competitive packages that attract and retain talent.
- Skills in conflict resolution to manage employee disputes and maintain workplace harmony.
- Knowledge of labor law compliance to ensure company adherence to employment regulations and standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation/translation for business operations.
2. Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
3. Participate in the development of HR standardization master data, including Process flow chart, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
4. Ensure legal compliance of HR state regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures as required.
- 5. Monitor employee morale and company culture to ensure stability.
