Recruitment and Onboarding- Support full-cycle recruitment efforts including job postings, interviews, Manage new hire onboarding,

Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, escalating issues as necessary.

 Performance Management: Assist in managing the annual performance review process, and provide support in addressing employee performance issues, including coaching managers and employees on corrective actions.

Attendance and  Payroll:- Calculate monthly attendance of employees and share the input salary file to Finance department for salary release
