About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize content across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for crafting engaging posts, driving audience engagement, and ensuring brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create compelling and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and captions.
• Manage and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Monitor social media trends, analytics, and audience insights to optimize content.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
• Track and report on key social media metrics to measure content performance.

Requirements:

• Strong writing skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) are a plus.
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in influencer marketing or working with brands.
• Knowledge of paid social media strategies.
• Background in marketing, communications, or a related field.
