We are hiring for experienced Freight Broker:

Responsibilities:

• Expand client base by leveraging existing connections and generating new leads.
• Source and engage reliable carriers to ensure top-notch service.
• Provide shipping quotes and arrange bookings with carriers.
• Assist in preparing carriers for load assignments.
• Coordinate with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to streamline logistics.
• Keep clients updated on transit progress and delivery statuses.
• Stay current with freight carrier services to support customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements:

• Experience 4-5 years of freight brokerage experience in the U.S.
• A well-established client network with a demonstrated ability to onboard new clients.
• Experience managing various types of shipments, including FCL, LCL, Dry Van, Drayage, Flat Bed, and Reefers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.

Shift Timing: 5:30pm to 2:30 am (Night Shift)

Salary: Upto 80K
