Sales :

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling (from Database) and networking
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Responsible for generating business from two segments i.e. Corporate and Retail
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Achievement of sales targets
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns
• Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization
• Devises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Coordinating with design team for estimates/ proposals for sales enquiries. Also, coordinate on resource for store measurements and further on design. Liaison between client and Design team on the store design/ 3D images
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Ensure Quality requirements of the client are met before dispatch of final product
• Present sales, revenue and outstanding reports and realistic forecasts to the management
• Recovery of outstanding for corporate clients
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Maintaining and improving relationships with the client
• Ensure Panel is updated real time
• Maintain necessary data and records for future reference
• On regular basis, imparting OJT & classroom training to team members including product knowledge

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the furniture manufacturing industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
