Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled IT Officer to join our team at THEM Consulting Pvt. Ltd. As an IT Officer, you will be responsible for managing the company's technology infrastructure and ensuring its proper functioning. This includes maintaining hardware and software systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical support to employees. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with software applications and operating systems.
• Knowledge of IT security principles and best practices.
• Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, and computer systems.
• Ensure the proper functioning of hardware and software systems, and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software problems, both in person and remotely.
• Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
• Monitor system performance and security, and take appropriate measures to ensure data protection.
• Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions.
• Create and maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures.
• Stay up to date with new technology trends and make recommendations for system upgrades and improvements.
• Collaborate with other teams to implement new technology solutions and resolve technical issues.
• Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and software licenses.
