Job Description
- Write and post technical job descriptions for ITES permanent staffing Source potential candidates through databases, social media and portals
- Perform per-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Develop recruiting strategies and identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
- Evaluate candidates strengths compared with clients requirements.
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
Shift : Day Shift
Salary : Hike on the present salary
