Responsibilities:
- Manage document verification, joining formalities, and offer letters.
- Conducting orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Managing the attendance system.
- Prepare timely salaries of the employees.
- Carry out employee engagement activities & trainings
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail as per the requirement.
- Preparing expense reports, memos and invoices
- Any other tasks assigned by the organization.
Required Skills
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
- Should have computer skills (Microsoft Office, e-mails, etc.)
- Specialization in handling HR & back office operations, inter-office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc.
Qualification: Graduate or post-graduate in human resource/ commerce or relevant field.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR related work.
Position Availability: Immediate
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15000 - ₹24,000 per month
