Job Title: HR Outsourcing Specialist

Job Purpose:

The HR Outsourcing Specialist is responsible for managing and executing various HR processes and functions for clients, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.

Handle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, providing counseling, and resolving disputes.

Oversee the compensation and benefits administration process, including payroll processing, benefit plan design, and employee communication.

Provide support for various HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement and performance management.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries and concerns.

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making offers to candidates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on outsourcing.

Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
