Job brief

We are looking for a talented Digital account manager to join our team. You will manage our client portfolio to help our clients improve their online presence. As a Digital account executive, you should have solid experience in marketing with a customer service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth by creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

● Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters

● Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact

● Set digital strategies for your assigned projects, considering their specific requirements

● Address client & support team’s queries effectively and in a timely manner

● Present social media strategies to clients in monthly calendars ● Analyze digital campaigns success

● Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

● Client Management includes research, pitching, proposals as well as Account Management.

● Prepare client presentations, reports and conduct in-person client meetings

● Work jointly with the internal teams to drive campaign strategy & development

● Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue

● The ability to handle tough situations with clients, manage client expectations, good written and verbal communication are definitely important.

Requirements

● Minimum of 1+ years experience managing clients from Ad agency

● Great communication, presentation skills, and client servicing skills

● Excellent time management and organizational skills

● Proactive and a self-starter

● Strategic thinker with hands-on experience

● Passionate, ability to multitask, comfortable with a slightly unstructured working environment that usually happens in an Advertisement agency.
