Job Title: Logistic Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Operations Management:
• Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
• Develop, implement, and manage logistics strategies to ensure efficient flow of goods and services.
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Inventory Management:
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Implement best practices for inventory control and warehouse management.
• Analyze demand forecasts to plan and manage stock levels and reorder points.
• Vendor & Supplier Management:
• Develop and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor supplier performance and address issues to ensure high service quality.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and manage a team of logistics and warehouse staff.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure team performance meets company standards.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulations related to logistics and transportation.
• Implement safety and quality control procedures for warehouse and transportation operations.
• Address and resolve logistics-related issues and risks promptly.

Required Experience: 3-5yrs.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret logistics data and make strategic decisions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
