Himalayan Organcis is hiring for Influencer- Brand Manager who will play a crucial role in enhancing Himalayan Organics brand presence by collaborating with influencers and content creators. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify relevant influencers, bloggers, and content creators aligned .
• Co-ordinate with In-house Influencer Team or Influencer Agency and deliver the 250 Barter collabs on daily basis from Team and Agency.
• Evaluate their reach, engagement, and authenticity.
• Campaign Coordination.
• Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate product collaborations, content.
• Relationship Building:
• Cultivate positive relationships with influencers through effective communication.
• Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content.
• Content Review
• Review influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with Himalayan Organics brand guidelines.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Performance Tracking:
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
• Prepare reports on influencer campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Having degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Passion for health, lifestyle, and self-care.

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

Excellent communication skills.

Experience Required: 2 to 4yrs.
