Are you passionate about influencer marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience working with influencers? Hill Queen Tea, a premium tea brand, is on a mission to build a community of wellness and lifestyle enthusiasts, and we’re looking for an incentive-based Influencer Marketing Intern to help us onboard and collaborate with the right influencers.

This role is incentive-based, offering ₹200 for every successful influencer campaign you complete. If you’re a people person with a knack for building relationships and identifying the right voices for brands, this is your chance to gain valuable experience and make an impact!

What You’ll Do

• Research & Identify Influencers: Find relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms who align with Hill Queen Tea’s brand and target audience.
• Outreach & Collaboration: Reach out to potential influencers, pitch campaign ideas, and build partnerships that drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Negotiate & Finalize Collaborations: Coordinate campaign details, negotiate terms, and ensure successful execution of influencer collaborations.
• Track & Report: Monitor the progress of influencer campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met and reporting results to the team.
• Assist in Campaign Strategy: Support in brainstorming and planning creative influencer campaigns that resonate with the brand’s audience.
