The Growth Mantra (TGM) is looking for a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to build, manage, and scale high-converting affiliate campaigns. If you already have a strong network of affiliates, are confident in managing tools and platforms, and want to work in a performance-led, incentive-driven role—this is your opportunity.

You will be responsible for end-to-end affiliate marketing operations, from partner acquisition to campaign optimization, and will be directly rewarded for your impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Launch, manage, and scale affiliate programs across relevant platforms and verticals.
• Onboard high-quality affiliate partners from your network to drive traffic and conversions.
• Use tools like HasOffers, Impact, Trackier, FuseClick or similar to track performance and payouts.
• Optimize campaigns based on data, conversion tracking, and ROI goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align offers, creatives, and landing pages for maximum performance.
• Maintain regular communication with affiliates and manage incentive-based partnerships.
• Provide detailed weekly performance reports and analytics-based recommendations.

What You Bring to the Table

✅ 1-2+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing.

✅ Existing affiliate network in marketing, digital products, eCommerce, or related verticals.

✅ Proficient in using affiliate tracking platforms, dashboards, and analytics tools.

✅ Ability to work independently and proactively deliver results.

✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

✅ Knowledge of CPS, CPA, CPL models and negotiation with affiliates.
