Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead - Field Sales for our Bengaluru location. This is a full-time, senior-level position ideal for candidates with up to 10 years of work experience in real estate and sales. The successful candidate will drive our field sales team, leveraging their expertise in business development to enhance market presence and drive growth in the region.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven real estate expertise with a deep understanding of the Bangalore market (Mandatory skill).
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving significant growth in sales and revenue (Mandatory skill).
- Robust business development skills, with an ability to identify and seize new market opportunities (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with agile methodology to adapt and implement changes effectively in processes and strategies.
- Capability to manage performance by setting standards, monitoring progress, and providing feedback.
- Skilled in financial forecasting, to predict future revenue and market trends for strategic planning.
- Exceptional leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and guide the sales team towards achieving company targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
